# Deepak Lather — AI Agents & Browser Automation

Claude agents for Sentry triage, code fixes, and red-agent review. Browser-built workflows with branch-local repair. AI engineering work by Deepak Lather.

## Agents that fix. Flows that adapt.

At Firstwork, I built Flux’s Claude agent workflow and a natural-language browser workflow engine: green agents implement fixes, red agents review them, and broken automations regenerate only the flagged branch.

Focus: Agent orchestration, Browser workflows, Local recovery.

## Two systems. Two recovery loops.

Code repair routes review feedback back to the fixing agent. Workflow repair returns to the browser and changes only the affected subtree.

## Selected work

Start with the two Firstwork systems. The remaining cases show the payment, protocol, and application work behind them.

- [Flux](https://ai.deepaklather.com/projects/flux.md) — Sentry triage to code repair. Green agents implement the fix; red agents review the change.
- [The workflow engine](https://ai.deepaklather.com/projects/workflows.md) — Language → browser workflow → website actions. A break regenerates the flagged branch, not the whole flow.
- [FairPay](https://ai.deepaklather.com/projects/fairpay.md) — US virtual accounts, contractor invoices, approval policies, and payouts through connected custody providers.
- [Fairstudio](https://ai.deepaklather.com/projects/fairstudio.md) — A fantasy sports protocol: IPFS data, on-chain validation, UMA escalation, and a Next.js PWA.
- [MokamX & search](https://ai.deepaklather.com/projects/shopup.md) — Led MokamX’s Flutter app. Built multilingual and handwriting search with Node.js and Elasticsearch.
- [Asda’s web platform](https://ai.deepaklather.com/projects/walmart.md) — Led Asda.com’s CMS migration, owned the GraphQL BFF, and built a Remix SSR proof of concept.

These notes describe Deepak Lather’s engineering contributions and founder roles. Authorship of a writeup does not assert ownership of a company’s product.

## Experience

### FairPay — Founder

Closed Oct 2026

Contractor payments: account opening, invoice approval, and custody-driven payouts.

Founded FairPay and owned its funds flow: Airwallex integration and US virtual accounts, a self-serve company console, contractor invoices, approval policies, payment batches and intents, and connected custody providers. The venture closed in October 2026.

### Firstwork — Founding Software Engineer

Aug 2024 — Nov 2025

Claude agent fixes and review, browser workflows, decision-driven forms, and editing tools.

Built Flux’s Claude agent orchestration with Sentry and Linear integrations, the browser workflow engine with branch-local regeneration, a decision-rule form builder powering ATS/LMS/Automations, and a custom WYSIWYG editor with advanced media support.

### Fairstudio Technologies — Founder

Jan — Jun 2024

Web3 fantasy sports: protocol, data validation, indexation, and a Next.js PWA.

Founded Fairstudio. Built IPFS-backed data with on-chain validation, a UMA-backed low-bond oracle escalation game, smart contracts and indexation, a real-time leaderboard, and an admin dashboard. The protocol included affiliate earnings for influencers.

### ShopUp — Senior Software Developer

Jun 2022 — Dec 2023

MokamX self-service commerce and multilingual, handwriting-enabled search.

Led the self-service MokamX application using Flutter, Riverpod, and WebView. Built multilingual and handwriting search with Node.js and Elasticsearch.

### Walmart — Software Engineer

Jan 2020 — Jun 2022

Asda CMS migrations, GraphQL BFF ownership, and a Remix SSR proof of concept.

Led the Asda.com CMS migration, worked on the groceries.asda.com Adobe migration, owned the GraphQL backend-for-frontend, and built a Remix SSR proof of concept. Rookie of the Year, December 2020.
